Introspect

In this busy world, we do many things to ensure we keep going. We learn, enjoy, empathise, communicate but do we Introspect?  What is Instrospection? Introspection is looking within. So, why do we need to look within?  We need to look within to know what we are and what we want. We need to look within to be confident about ourselves. We need to look within to shed our inhibitions and look at things  and act with respect to our strengths and weakness.
